My coaching programs are about generating the life you want and removing the old emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. As your coach, I am your partner and provide you with support, insight, tools and strategies to help you to access your own inner wisdom.

If you are looking to bring more balance, clarity and fulfilment to your life or have been struggling for a long time and you have tried everything you can think of but somehow you still don't feel the way you want to feel, this is where you begin.

Before we begin our work together, please read this agreement in full and then complete the form at the bottom. This document covers some of the issues of law governing our relationship. This will let me know that you have read and that you understand what is written here.

What to Expect:

I combine the best of traditional coaching with the newest in neuroscience and advanced mind-body techniques designed to access and re-program the Unconscious Mind. As such, expect your coaching sessions to be different from what you might have expected. I will not spend a lot of time talking about the problems you are having, instead I will aim to discover the internal thought process of HOW you have created your situation. Because our focus is on structure, that means that once I discover it, I can focus on rapid change.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy® are considered alternative or complementary health care services under the laws of a number of provinces and states. The services you receive during your Coaching sessions are not licensed in this province, nor are they regulated by a governmental body. That means that your Coach is not a Medical Doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, M.F.C.C., or M.S.W.

If you have, or if you are currently taking prescription medication for this problem, you will need to provide a referral letter of consent from your health care provider prior to starting coaching. This means a short, written note stating that you have informed your health care provider of your decision to engage in Time Line Therapy®, NLP and Hypnotherapy.

Furthermore, nothing that happens during your Coaching should be construed as, nor should you believe that it is, a substitute for the advice of a licensed medical professional.

I understand that Jennifer is not a licensed therapist, medical practitioner, legal advisor or financial advisor and that I am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings and actions. I will ask questions and clarify anything I don't understand. I am in charge!

I understand that these Coaching Programs require that I show up 100% and that no reimbursement will be offered if I, for any reason, stop showing up for my sessions or fail to complete my chosen Coaching Program. I understand this means no refunds will be issued and any outstanding monies owed will still be due and all scheduled payments processed.

The Fine Print

Confidentiality:

I keep all information that I receive from you confidential, and do not disclose it to persons outside our company. Your Coaching sessions are highly confidential, and confidentiality will only ever be breached to conform with legal requirements including circumstances where:

- You are in danger of causing serious harm to yourself or others.

- You are in danger of being seriously harmed by others.

- When required by law, as in situations involving child abuse

- In any circumstances (e.g. court appearances) confidentiality will not be breached before discussion with you.

Cancellation Policy:

While I appreciate the complexity of life situations, I also agree to honour you as responsible for your life and your decisions.

Therefore cancellation requires 48 hours notice or you will be charged a $225 cancellation fee.

Force Majeure:

Except for an obligation to pay fees, neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any of their obligations under this Agreement during any period in which such party cannot perform due to matters beyond their control, including, but not limited to, strike, fire, flood, or other natural disaster, war, embargo, or riot, provided that party so delayed immediately notifies the other party of such delay.

The terms of this clause shall not exempt, but merely suspend, any party from its duty to perform the obligations under this Agreement, until as soon as practicable after a force majeure condition ceases to exist.

Termination for Unprofessionalism:

By signing below, you agree that your Coach, at their sole discretion, may terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or remove any participant from continuing in the coaching relationship at any time without a refund if the participant becomes disruptive, abusive or difficult to work with.

Important

This is a highly transformational program with a master coach and trainer and these Coaching Programs require showing up 100%.

If for any reason, you choose not to continue or choose to stop participating, you are still financially liable for the fees of your selected program.

To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis whether you complete your chosen Program or not, as per the fee schedule agreed to.
